Recombinant Human IL-1 RAcP/IL-1 R3 Protein with C-terminal 6xHis tag

Datasheet

CAT:  RP-H-IL1RAP-6His
Category:  Recombinant Proteins
Specifications
Product Name: Recombinant Human IL-1 RAcP/IL-1 R3 Protein with C-terminal 6xHis tag
Background: The Interleukin-1 receptor family of proteins includes the widely expressed Interleukin (IL)-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1 RAcP), also referred to as IL-1 R3. Three signaling pathways involving six cytokines of the IL-1 family (IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-33, IL-36α, IL-36β, and IL-36γ) have IL-1 R3 as a co-receptor. Multiple cytokines play a role in the development of various illnesses. For instance, both IL-33 and IL-1 are crucial in asthma, and IL-36 and IL-1 are crucial in psoriasis.
Source: Human 293 cells (HEK293)
